Dollar Tree Twine Eggs (they come in a 4 pack with sticks attached)
Waverly Chalk Paint in Pumpkin (you can use acrylic paint you will need more coats than the chalk paint)
Paint Brush
Boxwood Pick (I got mine at Walmart because Dollar Tree didn’t have any)
Hot glue gun if you want to secure the boxwood pieces better
After gathering all of your supplies from Dollar Tree, it's time to start preparing the eggs for your DIY carrot eggs project.
Instructions:
Start by applying 2 coats of the chalk paint.
Allowing for time to dry in between.
Once completely dry, use the stick that the eggs came on to create a larger hole where the stick came out of the egg from.
You will them add a dab of hot glue if you want to (this is optional) and then pull off pieces from the box wood and stick them inside the hole you created.
