Avocado Deviled Eggs

- 6 eggs
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- ½ lemon juiced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
- Paprika powder for garnish
Boil eggs for 8-10 minutes and cool in ice water.
Peel and halve eggs, scooping yolks into a bowl.
Mash yolks with avocado, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Pipe the mixture into egg whites.
Garnish with paprika and parsley.
