Ingredients

  • 2 packages of 8 oz. Cream Cheese softened
  • 6 slices crispy bacon crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese divided
  • 1 cup Finely Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1/3 cup green onions diced

Instructions

  • · Make the cheese ball mixture: First, beat cream cheese, bacon, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, and one cup of shredded cheese in a medium mixing bowl. If you are making more than one, you may need a large mixing bowl. Then, chill for 30 minutes.
  • · Make the bunny: Now, using plastic wrap or gloves, form the cheese ball mixture into a bunny butt shape. Make one large ball, two medium, and one small ball. Use two medium-sized balls for the feet and the small ball for the tail. For added decoration, roll them in coconut or confectioners' sugar, placing them on a large serving plate.
  • · Cover with cheese: Next, cover the bunny butt with the remaining shredded cheese.
  • · Garnish and serve: Last, top with parsley to make it look like grass, and serve with veggies, crackers, or pretzels.
