Start with the penguin. Select a mold with a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the cheese and draw an outline on the wax. Trim the wax with a knife, cut a strip of wax off with scissors. Melt the white chocolate and put it into a pastry syringe. Attach the eyes and beak using the white chocolate.
To make Rudolph, remove the wax completely. Cut the nose out of the wax using the nozzle of the pastry syringe. Apply 3 drops of white chocolate and glue on the eyes and nose. Break the pretzels and insert the antlers into the reindeer.
For the Christmas tree balls, do not remove the wax. Insert the hangers. Spread thin strips of chocolate on the wax. Sprinkle the strips with sprinkles, snowflakes or glitter.
For Santa, remove half of the wax. Warm some wax in your hands and roll it into a pom-pom. Press it against the hat, it will hold on. Dip the bottom of the cheese in white chocolate and sprinkle with coconut shavings. Attach the eyes and nose. decorate the hat with a strip of chocolate, snowflakes, coke shavings.
Serve the cheese as an appetitie. You can use these characters for large platters or beautifully packaged for an edible gift.
