- Prepare Cheese Decor: Use a small snowflake punch to create cheese snowflakes from the baby bell and other firm cheeses.
- Make Salami Garlands and Roses: Fold salami slices into quarters to form a garland, and roll half slices into rose shapes for added visual appeal.
- Create Brie Topping: Slice two pieces of brie into a pointed shape to mimic the top of a tree. Remove a small section of the crust, use a cookie cutter to make a tree cutout, and fill with kiwi jam or mint syrup for a pop of festive color. Dice the remaining brie for the board.
- Arrange the Board:
- Start with the brie at the top of the board to form the tree’s “star.”
- Add the salami rose on the right side and place brie cubes and cherry tomatoes on the left.
- Form the tree’s trunk with pretzel sticks and place a baby bell cheese above the trunk.
- Lay the salami garland diagonally across the board and scatter cherry tomatoes and brie cubes around it.
- Add Fruits and Fillers: Position dark grapes on one side of the salami garland and mini mozzarella balls on the opposite side. Fill in the empty areas with light grapes, pretzels, and white chocolate drippings.
- Decorate and Sprinkle: Use cheese snowflakes as accents on the board, and sprinkle a pinch of salt to mimic snow for a final festive touch.
