Despite his capricious charm, he remains the main threat to the merry winter holidays. Let’s turn the Grinch into part of our Christmas table and just eat him together. He will appear on our charcuterie board in order to be divided into small treats. And there is a hidden meaning in this. A holiday is something that we create ourselves in a moment of unity and no one can steal it. Because the holiday is in our hearts.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounces’ salami
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 1/2 ounces’ cheddar cheese
  • 5 ounces’ prosciutto
  • 3 ounces’ halloumi
  • 2 dark grapes
  • 1 dried cherry
  • 2 spruce branches
  • 1 chili pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start by preparing the trim and pom-pom for the Grinch’s hat. Cut the halloumi into 1/2 inch cubes. Roll a small piece of cheese into a ball.
  • For the Grinch’s eyes, use a 4-inch cutter or a suitable cup to form a circle. Cut a finger-sized piece of cheese from the center. Cut 2 equal sections as in the photo.
  • Remove the grapes from the branches and place in the center of the serving plate. Just mark the Grinch’s face.
  • Fill the hat space with salami. Pipe yellow eyes onto the grapes. Add eyebrows and pupils. Arrange the ham beard and the halloumi edging. Arrange the pompom.
