Keto Pumpkin Cheeseball

Ingredients:

16 oz. Cream cheese softened

1 C. Chopped pecans

⅔ C. Bacon crumbled

½ tsp. Garlic powder

1 C. Shredded colby jack cheese

½ C. Shredded cheddar cheese

1 Stem from a bell pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place the cream cheese, pecans, bacon, garlic powder and colby jack cheese into a mixing bowl, and blend together until well combined.

  2. Add the mixture to the center of a piece of plastic wrap, and wrap tightly into a ball.

  3. Wrap four rubber bands around the cheeseball to make it into the shape of a pumpkin.

  4. Chill the pumpkin cheeseball until firm.

  5. Remove the rubber bands and plastic wrap.

  6. Press the shredded cheddar cheese into the outside of the pumpkin cheeseball.
