To make the smoothie special, we served it in a bowl and decorated it in the shape of a cute penguin. The decoration will require any dark berries – blackberries, mulberries or blueberries of your choice. The legs and beak are cut out of tangerine slices. Ingredients For your Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

2 ripe bananas

2 tbsp. peanut butter

2 tbsp milk

2-3 tbsp. coconut shavings

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 tangerine.

Instructions

1. The day before cooking, freeze the bananas in their peels. Peel bananas and slice randomly. Place bananas in the bowl of a blender. Add the peanut butter and milk.

2. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is thick, you can increase the amount of milk to get the perfect texture. Spoon the smoothie into a bowls and smooth.

3. Sprinkle coconut shavings over the surface of the smoothie. Arrange the blueberries around the perimeter of the bowls.

4. Slice the tangerine into wedges. Form a paw out of the three pieces. 1 slice will be the beak.

Arrange the berry eyes, beak and paws.
