Ingredients:
4 waffle bars
2 large drops of white chocolate
6 drops of dark chocolate.
1/5 of a bar of dark or milk chocolate for attaching the reindeer body parts
4 small drops of chocolate for tails
8 sugar eyes
4 pretzel crackers
4 red round candies
fresh rosemary for serving
Instructions:
1. Prepare the body parts of the deer. Cut pretzel crackers into 2 equal parts – antlers. Set aside large blobs (2 white+2 black) to form muzzles. Cut the remaining drops in half – ears.
2. Break the chocolate bars into small pieces, put them into a pastry bag. Heat in hot water or microwave. Cut off the tip of the bag.
3. Spread the melted chocolate on the wafer and glue on the face, eyes and ears.
4. Apply some chocolate and glue on the horns. The final touch is a funny little tail and a red nose. Additionally, you can shape the mouth with a hot fork or glue mini snowflakes made of sprinkles.
Allow the chocolate or frosting to set so the decorations will hold securely. You can speed up this process by placing the waffles in the refrigerator for a while.
